Virtual Banking Assistance

In Engadget:  Seeing an increasing interest the assistant idea.  It was a big emphasis back in the AI days. The area here, in personal banking and financial, where people often start confused, is an ideal area.   I wonder if some of the caution is in the liability that exists in the assistant recommendations.
